It's not every day that you can say that the BEST part of your remodel was your contractor - but we did, every single day!  Murilo and the Flawless team were *actually* flawless.  They dealt with supply chain delays, changed minds, and weird old house stuff with expertise, patience, and humor.  

Additionally, communication was fantastic.  We were working full time, hybrid home/office schedules and often on the phone all day - Murilo still managed to get in touch with us via text to make sure that we were up-to-date on the work being done and get our input when needed.
